Right before my eyes the rainbow appeared
to fold as if controlled by some unseen force. After I witnessed another
situation involving chemtrails
for beam steering I was able to start to identify this particular
phenomena. Short chemtrails in triangular orientation to each other
seem to function as a tool for beam deflection and orientation of sunlight.

Notice two short chemtrails saddled beneath the strange rainbow at different angles.
The two rainbow beams were crossing each other as if the light was being folded.
At this point the light focused into a bright white spot.
